You Shouldn't Have to Figure This Out Alone

The Fatigue Framework Community is a free space for people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME/CFS) to learn, connect, and stop feeling so lost.

About Dr. Katie Brown

Hi, I'm Dr. Katie Brown, a family physician and ME/CFS specialist based in Terre Haute, Indiana. I opened my ME/CFS specialty care clinic in 2024, where I treated patients with Long COVID, POTS, cervical instability, hEDS, and MCAS as well.

Like many physicians interested in treating these complex conditions, I have lived experience. My ME/CFS journey began during my first year of medical school. I learned first hand what it is like to be sick without answers, to have doctors seemingly unable or unwilling to help, and the isolation of feeling like you are the only one in the world dealing with such a mysterious illness. That experience is the reason this community exists.

Sometimes the isolation of ME/CFS is as bad as any other part of the illness. You lose the energy to spend time with family or friends. And getting access to knowledgeable medical professionals is a luxury.

The Fatigue Framework Community exists to change that. I am developing this community as a space to connect with others who truly understand what you're going through, and to disseminate the knowledge and wisdom that I have gained after living with and treating this condition for many years. You shouldn't have to figure this out alone.
